1. Open SpecStream Data on Poe
Open SpecStream Data (opens in a new tab) on Poe and start a chat.

2. Describe what you need
Say what you want and where, and add the details you want back with each result:
Dentists in Austin, Texas with their phone numbers and websitesThe bot shows "Reading your request" and then replaces that line with its reply. Each message is read on its own, so to change a request, send the whole request again.

3. Read the reply
The line SpecStream read it as restates your request in one sentence, so you can see what it understood. The line Price gives the most it can cost and for how many results. You pay only for the results that match, and a search that finds nothing is free.
Without a number, the bot prices 25 results. Ask for more or fewer to price that instead.

4. Run it on your SpecStream account
Click Run it on your SpecStream account. Your request opens in the Ask box in your workspace. Sign in or create a free account first if you need to. Press Find to see the price, then approve it. Nothing runs before you do.

5. Read the results
Results fill in as the run goes, each value with the page it was read from and when. Export them, put them on a map, or send them to Google Sheets or your CRM from the workspace.
Where paid work runs
SpecStream Data never spends money and never starts work. It reads and prices requests with its own SpecStream access, which cannot run anything. It cannot see your SpecStream account or your balance. Paid work runs only on your account, after you approve the price there.
When the bot cannot price a request
If SpecStream cannot read a request, the bot asks you to name what you want and where, and gives an example. If it cannot price the request yet, the bot says why. If SpecStream is busy, the bot says so and still gives you the link to open the request in your workspace.
Cost
SpecStream does not charge for chatting with the bot. Results are paid from your SpecStream balance, only for the matches, and never above the maximum you approve. Balance, quotes, and billing explains how a quote becomes a charge.
Disconnect
Poe never holds a SpecStream sign-in, so there is nothing to disconnect. Anything you ran stays in your workspace. Questions about the bot go to [email protected].
