The workspace gets a window of its own, and a few things a browser tab can’t do.
Ask from anywhere.
Press ⌥⌘Space on a Mac or Ctrl+Alt+Space on Windows, and a small ask box opens over whatever you’re doing. Say what you need, press Enter, and get back to it.
A tap on the shoulder.
When a find finishes or a monitor needs a look while the window is in the background, you get a notification. Click it to open the list. The app’s icon shows how many are waiting.
Drop a list on it.
Open a CSV or Excel file with SpecStream, or drag it onto the window, to map its columns and review the records.
Exports go where you say.
Save a CSV or JSON export straight into a folder, no downloads bar involved.
Your recent work, one click away.
Right-click the icon in the Dock or the taskbar for a new request, an import, or one of the last things you opened.
It keeps your hours.
Open it when you log in if you like. Light or dark follows your computer unless you pick one.
On your phone
Everything you keep in the workspace, sized for one hand.
Ask with your thumb or your voice.
Type it, or press the microphone and say it.
The list comes with you.
Your collections and maps are all there. Open a place and tap Directions, and your maps app takes it from there.

Share a record from the share sheet, export the list as a file, or send it to Google Sheets, your CRM, or another connected tool.
