A few useful answers.
What does the free balance include?
$7.50 of real work, once per billing account, with no card required. What it produces depends on the scope and quote; it is not a fixed promise of result count or exhaustive coverage.
Is there a charge for each person?
No. There are no seat fees. Plans provide balance for the same product, across people, API use, and agents.
What happens to unused balance?
Purchased balance does not expire. Unused monthly plan balance rolls over for one additional billing cycle and retains its original expiry if you cancel.
What if a job cannot finish?
The signed quote defines the useful minimum and completion rule. The maximum is reserved before execution; only committed useful output is settled. Below the useful minimum, or failure before useful output commits, the charge is $0.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Plan changes take effect at the next renewal, with no mid-cycle grant or proration. Canceling future renewals does not remove retained work or purchased balance.
What currency is used?
Service prices and balance are in USD. Applicable tax is disclosed before payment and does not add research balance.
