monday.com
Send live web data to a monday.com board as items, one per result, with the pages it came from in a column. Pick the group new items join, and keep sending later matches to the same board.

What you need
- A SpecStream account, free to start. Create one.
- A monday.com account that can add items to the board.
- Results from a finished request, such as commercial roofers in Atlanta with a published phone number. Imported rows go once SpecStream has found their matches.

1. Prepare the board
Add a column for each detail you want to keep. SpecStream doesn't create columns, and it picks a column automatically when its title matches a field's name.
Add a Text column titled
specstream_export_idfor the export reference. The board's Name column is already there and holds each record's name. - 2
2. Connect monday.com
Open Connections and click Sign in to monday.com. monday.com asks you to let SpecStream read and write boards, which are the
boards:readandboards:writepermissions. It asks for nothing else.SpecStream returns you to the Account step, signed in.

3. Choose the board and group
Pick the monday.com board from the boards your account can open. The list loads 100 at a time, and Show more brings in the next.
Pick a Group to send new items to one. Leave it empty and they join the board's first group.
Set Records from to the collection that holds your results, then select the records to send.

4. Match the columns
Choose the monday.com column for each field. Columns appear under the titles you gave them on the board. Match Name to the board's Name column and each item takes its record's name. A field set to Don't send stays in SpecStream.
Export reference needs a Text column, which SpecStream searches for a record's reference when monday.com doesn't confirm a write. Why it matches, with sources holds one line per reason, each with the page it was read from.

5. Review and send
Review shows the first item as it will arrive, column by column. Click the button that reads Send and your record count, and each record becomes an item on the board.
Turn on Keep sending to send later matches, including a monitor's finds, to the same board and group with the same mapping. To start from a collection, select records, open Export, and choose monday.com under Send to.
Sending the same record again
A record you send again changes the columns on the item SpecStream made and adds nothing new. The item's name stays as first written. Should monday.com not confirm a write, Check delivery looks on the board for an item holding the record's reference before anything goes out again.
Send from an assistant
An assistant on SpecStream's MCP server, https://api.specstream.ai/mcp, can put a list on a board you connected here. It can list your connected tools (List connected tools), choose the board (Pick where records go), and send (Send records to a tool). The monday.com sign-in stays with you, so connect it in Connections first.
Create the key under Agents & API with Read results and their sources, Prepare work and follow-ups, and Read account and balance. It can carry a total spending limit if it may authorize paid work. The setup guides cover Claude, ChatGPT, and the rest.
Cost
Putting records on a board is free. Finds are paid from your balance at 10¢, 30¢, or $1 for each match, and the quote shows the maximum before you approve it.
Disconnect
Choose Disconnect from the connection's menu on the Configured tab of Connections, and SpecStream no longer holds a sign-in for your account. To withdraw access in monday.com too, remove the SpecStream app from your account. Items already on the board stay.
