SpecStream for Freshsales
SpecStream finds companies and people on the live web and adds them to Freshsales as accounts and contacts. Contacts join the list you pick, and the page each one came from can go in a field of your own.
What you get
- Contacts on your listChoose a Freshsales list and every contact in the send joins it.
- Same name, different companyFreshsales allows one account per name. When the name matches and the website doesn't, they're two companies, and SpecStream leaves your account as it is.
- Fields in Freshsales' own namesMap a job title to job_title and a phone to work_number, and put the page a contact came from in a custom field you made for it.
Where it works
Set it up
- In Freshsales, open Profile Settings, then API Settings, and copy your API key and your yourcompany.myfreshworks.com address.
- In SpecStream, open Connections, choose Freshsales, paste the address and the key, and click Connect Freshsales.
- Pick accounts or contacts and a list, map each field, review the first record, and switch on Keep sending once it looks right.
