SpecStream for Google Sheets

SpecStream fills a Google Sheet with live web data, one row per match, under your own headers. New and changed matches keep arriving in the same sheet.

What you get

  • Lands under your headersSpecStream reads row 1 of the tab you pick, and a header that already says Website or Phone is matched to that detail before you touch a thing.
  • Phone numbers stay as typedValues go in raw, so a number starting with + keeps its plus and text from the web that starts with = never runs as a formula.
  • Your sheet becomes a listPaste a Sheet's link to bring its rows in as a SpecStream list that picks up new and changed rows daily, then ask for the details its empty columns are missing.

Where it works

Set it up

  1. In SpecStream, open Connections, choose Google Sheets, and sign in with Google, which lets SpecStream edit only the spreadsheets you choose.
  2. Pick the spreadsheet and tab, match each detail to a header in row 1, and give the export reference a column of its own.
  3. Preview how the first record reads as a row, send it, and tick Keep sending so new and changed matches follow.

The full setup guide has every step, with what to do if something doesn’t arrive.
