SpecStream for Bolt
SpecStream is the live web data engine for teams and agents. Connect SpecStream to Bolt as a custom connector, and Bolt's agent asks for companies, places, or records from the live web while it builds your app.
What you get
- Real data in the first build
- Ask for specialty coffee roasters in Portland with website and address, and the directory Bolt builds opens with real roasters in it.
- A price in the chat
- Bolt's agent brings back the most the request can cost before anything runs, at 5¢, 15¢ or $1 a matching row.
- Per project or for all
- Add SpecStream once on the Connectors (MCP) page, then turn it on for each project from the chatbox, or for every new project.
Set it up
- In Bolt, click the plus icon in the chatbox, then Connectors, then Manage connectors, and choose Custom MCP server.
- Enter https://api.specstream.ai/mcp with HTTP transport and MCP OAuth, click Connect, and sign in to SpecStream.
- Turn SpecStream on for your project under Connectors in the chatbox, then ask.
