Add SpecStream from the DigitalOcean Marketplace and your Droplets, App Platform apps, and functions get live web data as structured records, each value with the page it came from. Paid plans show up on your DigitalOcean invoice.
What you get
- Your key in config varsThe add-on hands you an API key, the API URL, and the MCP URL. A fresh key appears 60 days before the old one expires, and the old one works until then.
- Plans in the control panelYou pick Free, Pro at $19, Scale at $99, or Team at $499 a month, and change plans in DigitalOcean. Each paid month adds its full price as work, spent at 10¢, 30¢, or $1 a match.
- View dashboard, already signed inAnyone on your DigitalOcean team opens the SpecStream workspace from View dashboard, where a saved request reruns hourly to yearly and labels what changed.
Set it up
- Find SpecStream in the DigitalOcean Marketplace, click Add SpecStream, and pick a plan.
- Copy SPECSTREAM_API_KEY, SPECSTREAM_API_URL, and SPECSTREAM_MCP_URL into the environment of your Droplet, App Platform app, or function.
- Call the REST API with the key as a Bearer token, connect an MCP client to SPECSTREAM_MCP_URL, or click View dashboard to open the workspace.
