SpecStream is the live web data engine for teams and agents. It reads the CMS hospital files and the Medicare ownership file, and this page is that reading, joined on the CMS Certification Number. Ask for the hospitals you track by state, owner, system or rating, and each new penalty or rating change arrives in your sheet, CRM, Slack or agent as CMS publishes it.

Updated November 7, 2026. Read from CMS Provider Data Catalog and data.cms.gov, hospitals. Open data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (US government work). Ratings and program results are as CMS lists them on the date shown and CMS refreshes them on its own schedule. The CMS files are joined on the CMS Certification Number. CMS gives each owner organization an ID, and an owner page groups hospitals on that ID. Names of individual owners and managers are not shown.
