This document corrects typographical and technical errors in the final rule that appeared in the August 5, 2025, Federal Register entitled "Medicare Program; Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Prospective Payment System for Federal Fiscal Year 2026 and Updates to the IRF Quality Reporting Program" (hereinafter referred to as the "FY 2026 IRF final rule").
