What the agency says
This action proposes to establish United States Area Navigation (RNAV) Route T-553 and amend RNAV Routes T-356, T-358, and T-479 in the eastern United States. This action supports FAA Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) efforts to provide a modern RNAV route structure to improve the safety and efficiency of the National Airspace System (NAS).
