- Choose the collection or saved scope.
- Choose whether to recheck records, discover new matches, or research additional fields.
- Set the first occurrence, repeat interval, time, and timezone.
- Set a maximum per occurrence and per period.
- Choose an optional end date and review the scope before recurring authorization.
Pause, resume, revise
Pause a schedule when the work should wait. Its definition and history remain available. Resume it or revise the cadence, scope, and limits when the question develops.
Read every occurrence
Completed, partial, skipped, failed, canceled, and expired outcomes should stay distinct. Open the reason when an occurrence does not run, and follow successful work to its resulting delivery.
An unavailable current source does not prove that an earlier fact changed. Compare the observations and their status.
