Define what it can do, where it can act, what it can spend, and when that permission ends.
Choose operations
An authority can permit discovery, extension, additional facts, refresh, and retained-work operations. Give the caller the operations needed for its purpose rather than treating a credential as unlimited account power.
Set the boundary
- Restrict the project where appropriate.
- Set the maximum for each run.
- Set the maximum for the spending period.
- Choose an expiration date.
- Revoke the authority when the remit ends.
Keep the same commercial model
Agents use the same specs, work scopes, quotes, deliveries, and capacity as people. A paid run must fit its current authorization and all applicable limits.
