## What you get

-   **Through the CRM Gong reads**Gong syncs accounts and contacts from your CRM, so records SpecStream writes to Salesforce or HubSpot appear in Gong after its next sync.
-   **Sources in the record**Map Why it matches, with sources to a CRM text field and the pages behind each account travel with it.
-   **Into an Engage flow**Gong's API assigns the new contacts to an Engage flow by their CRM IDs.

## Set it up

1.  Connect Salesforce or HubSpot in SpecStream's Connections.
2.  Send companies as accounts and people as contacts or leads, and turn on Keep sending.
3.  Gong syncs them from your CRM. Add the new contacts to an Engage flow in Gong.
