# SpecStream for Anything

SpecStream is the live web data engine for teams and agents. Give an Anything app SpecStream's Search API, Extract API and Deep Search. Anything's agent writes a backend function that calls SpecStream from the cloud, with your key kept in Saved Secrets.

## Set it up

1.  Create an API key under Agents & API in your SpecStream workspace.
2.  Describe SpecStream in the Anything chat and give the agent the docs links.
3.  Add the key in Project Settings, then Saved Secrets, under the name the agent asks for.
