For business development, ask for companies hiring for a role in a place, posted in the last two weeks, with the job post, the salary range when it's listed, and the people who lead that team. SpecStream reads careers pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Workable and Workday and each company's own site. For sourcing, ask for people by what they've done in public: maintainers of the libraries your client's team uses, authors of papers on the problem, speakers on a conference program. One built from the company’s own pattern counts and is labeled likely. A row without it pays its rate alone. **+10¢ a row** Their phone Added the same way, on any list. **+25¢ a row** A detail you mark as needed For each company that fit everything else and was left out without it, at most 10 for each row you asked for. The ones that have it come back as rows. **5¢ a company** Related records A related list, such as a company’s jobs or a creator’s posts, includes 10 records a row. Each further 10 are 10¢. **10¢ per 10** Rechecks 5¢, 15¢ or 50¢ a row to read it again and say what changed. A contact adds half its price too. **Half the rate** Rows from your own list For each one SpecStream finds and checks. One that matches pays its rate instead. A public profile link comes back with a person when a page links it. ### **Where do the job posts come from?** The companies' careers pages, including those on Greenhouse, Lever, Workable and Workday, and their own sites.
